Here’s a little more information about the choir and what to expect!

Attendance:
It is very important that students attend rehearsals so they can learn the music for performances. Please make sure students arrive on time and stay for the entire rehearsal. If a student misses more than three rehearsals, he or she might not be eligible to sing for performances. We understand that children get sick and other things happen beyond our control. Please communicate with us if you are absent, late, or have to leave early! We are willing to work with you and may have an assignment the student can do to “make-up” the missed time. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to contact Melody Day or Rebecca Phelps about absences, tardies, or leaving early.

Parent volunteers:
We want parents to be involved with their children in this choir, so we ask that you volunteer once or twice each semester. At Ready, Set, Sing, our informational meeting on August 28th, every parent will have the opportunity to choose a few dates when they are able to assist. We will explain the volunteer role clearly at our meeting on the 28th.

Fees :
Registration: $25- this annual fee is due with your registration form on or before August 21st. ($50 registration fee max for families registering more than two students)

Early Bird tuition: You can lock in your tuition payment for the year at $90 per semester,  ($180 for the year instead of $200) if you register and pay your tuition before June 30th.

Tuition $200/ per year (payment due at our Ready, Set, Sing Informational Meeting – payment plans optional.)
